Add a chart to the Dashboard that shows the daily bandwidth usage for all users of the box with their bandwidth usage in the last twenty-four hours.

This would not only be cool but the transparency it provides would also help alleviate concerns on the part of some users that their box is overtaxed.

Bank transfers, moneybookers, or, my personal favourite, cash per mail.

VNC is a slow, latency-ridden protocol (much like the X protocol itself), and doesn't work particularly well, even when the connections on both ends are particularly fast.

NoMachine NX is an improvement on VNC/X, with better latency, with not much more bandwidth usage.

upgrade speed to 1Gbps

Perhaps something on the dashboard for "user's online now" and "user's on your slice".

Creating a large torrent current takes too long on the slices, if you allowed a slice to peak the CPU for a minute or so then torrents could be created quicker.

Update rTorrent to 0.8.6/0.12.6 as 0.8.2 is going to be banned eventually on trackers like bitme/bitmetv... and this was posted not too long ago:
"rTorrent/0.8.2/0.12.2 will be banned soon. Please update to 0.8.6/0.12.6."

When the e-mails are sent out about a new response to a ticket, it would be nice if the contents of the new post could be included.

This would help people on the go see responses to tickets in their favourite mobile e-mail clients.

If this feature was implemented, a reply-via-email system would also be good.

To show new users exactly how awesome bytesized is, it would be nice to show extra information on the frontpage such as average upload and download (across all boxes), and the up/total amount of boxes, among other things.
These could be generated by something like an hourly cron to not cause hevy cpu load.

Rather than downloading movies and then deleting after one time watch, the users could stream directly.

I recently had my box deleted. It's an upsetting experience.

I did not realise I had only one week to pay or lose my box (can't find it in the FAQs either). It would be useful at least to have the deadline on the invoice.

I also would have really appreciated a reminder, say, a couple of days before it's due to be deleted.

Hope you agree they are reasonable requests :)
